An Idea is Born

We have worked together in the music industry on a number of projects and got talking about how our respective skills and know-how, joined together, creates a holistic service that is much greater than the sum of its parts. In other worlds, put together, we can provide a service far beyond that of your average "manager".

Jeff

Jeff is a stalwart of the Tauranga music scene, having been a professional musician for 20 years, performing throughout NZ in shows large and small. He has a special interest and flair in producing and supporting emerging artists. From the small beginnings of a song to a finished album and killer live show, Jeff has an OCD eye and ear for detail. As well as playing (currently in both covers and original bands) he created the first class recording studio Media In Motion Studios, and supports several NZ events businesses with his stage technician and management skills. He has a Diploma in Music Performance and Production and is currently a sound technology lecturer at Toi Ohomai.

Nicole

Nicole has a background in administration and legal compliance but also has extensive experience in managing large scale sporting events. A retired classically trained musician, with experience in both NZ and overseas in performing and recording, with a love and appreciation of great technical skills, and a cut to the chase ear for real talent. She is the organising guru and offers a wealth of knowledge and skills in relationship management and "getting stuff done".

Nicole has many years experience in managing highly pressured teams as well as qualifications in business, leadership and management. She is a registered bookkeeper and provisional Accounting Technician with CAANZ, and just for fun, is currently completing her second degree in Accounting with Massey University.
